Our Factory
Our lock manufacturing facility employs approximately 130 staff members, including 12 R&D engineers and 14 quality control specialists. The factory spans an area of 10,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced production machinery such as 12 die-casting machines, 10 polishing machines, 8 automated polishing systems, and 10 stamping presses.
With an annual production capacity of 1 million high-quality lock sets, our products are designed to meet the EN1906 standard. To ensure consistent performance and reliability, the facility is outfitted with comprehensive quality testing equipment including cycle durability testers, salt spray test chambers, surface abrasion testers, and adhesion testers for daily functional and quality control.
